Digital delivery rules
- • Credits and subscriptions are digital services delivered to your account.
- • One credit equals one composed shelf story board.
- • Subscription access begins as soon as billing is confirmed.
- • Unused credits remain valid for 12 months from purchase.
Refunds on digital credits
Because shelf stories are delivered digitally, unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Once a board has been composed, that credit is considered used. Full terms are set out in the Refund Policy.
